INVESTOR OVERVIEW

Land feasibilityin one API call.

Rootfifteen turns any coordinate on Earth into a 0–100 land score, using live satellite, climate, terrain and hazard data. Built under the technical guidance of ISRO scientists. Weeks of survey work become a single request. Five-minute read.

01THE PROBLEM

Nobody knows if a piece of land works until they physically go there.

Weeks, not minutes

Pre-construction due diligence still means field teams, DGPS receivers and total stations scouting large tracts for weeks just to answer basic feasibility questions.

Expensive guesswork

A single preliminary site survey runs into lakhs. Firms screen only a handful of options because each one costs real money and calendar time.

Existing tools stop short

GIS platforms and imagery marketplaces hand you layers and pixels. Somebody still has to be a remote-sensing expert to turn that into a decision.

The result: land is chosen on relationships and intuition, and the bad news arrives after money is committed.

02THE SOLUTION

One request in. One decision-grade number out.

YOU GIVE
A location on the map
YOU GET
A 0–100 land score and a plain-English verdict
No expertise required

A project manager reads one number and a band. No GIS training, no imagery licences, no interpretation layer to hire.

Screen everything, not three sites

Because a check costs a request instead of a site visit, teams can rank hundreds of candidate parcels before anyone travels.

Auditable, not a black box

Every score ships with the raw surface, climate, terrain and hazard values behind it, plus a plain-English summary.

03MARKET OPPORTUNITY

A large, already-spending market — we sell the decision, not the pixels.

TAM
$8–10B

Global commercial Earth-observation analytics and geospatial services spend, growing at a low-to-mid teens CAGR.

SAM
~$600M

Land feasibility, site selection and agri land assessment across India, South-East Asia and the Middle East — our two live verticals only.

SOM
~$6M

A realistic 3-year target: roughly 1% of SAM, reachable with ~150 mid-size EPC, infrastructure and agri-finance accounts on annual API contracts.

Figures are our own estimates, built bottom-up from published EO-analytics market sizing and target-account counts. Treat as directional, not audited.

04PRODUCT & TECHNOLOGY

Deep tech under the hood, one number on the surface.

Live data pipeline

Sentinel-2 L2A at 10–20 m, Copernicus DEM for terrain, multi-year climate reanalysis and recorded seismic history — fetched live per coordinate.

The score model

A weighted fusion of surface, climate, terrain and geohazard pillars with hard gates for disqualifying conditions such as open water.

Vertical-aware output

The same coordinate returns different indicators and bands for Farming versus Construction, because the two care about opposite things.

Proof, published

A 250-site backtest across farms, deserts, cities, mountains and coasts — with every miss published on the accuracy page.

05BUSINESS MODEL

API subscriptions, priced on volume.

Annual API contracts

Enterprise seats and call quotas sold per organisation, renewed annually. Land screening is a recurring workflow, not a one-off purchase.

Usage above quota

Metered per-call pricing beyond the included volume. A 15,000-hectare screening grid alone is hundreds to thousands of calls.

Low marginal cost

Data sources are open and free at source. Cost per assessment is compute and bandwidth, so gross margin stays high as volume scales.

We are pre-revenue. Pricing is being set with design partners, so we are not publishing CAC or LTV figures we cannot yet defend.

06COMPETITION & MOAT

Everyone else sells data. We sell the verdict.

The scoring model is the moat

Data sources are public and replicable. The calibrated weighting, gating and band logic that turns them into a trusted number is not.

Patent in progress

The core scoring algorithm is currently being prepared for a patent application.

Compounding calibration

Every scored coordinate and every logged miss feeds back into calibration, so accuracy improves with usage.

07GO-TO-MARKET

Land where a single customer screens thousands of sites.

1 · Anchor EPC accounts

Direct founder-led sales into large EPC and infrastructure firms, where one contract covers a national pipeline of sites.

2 · Agri lenders & agri-tech

Banks and insurers underwriting land-backed exposure need a defensible, repeatable land number per parcel.

3 · Developer self-serve

The public demo and docs let a technical buyer validate the product before any sales conversation.

4 · Institutional credibility

Grants, research partnerships and published accuracy work make procurement easier in conservative sectors.

09DESIGN PARTNER

Civet Projects: a ₹10,000 crore order book as our anchor design partner target.

What is under discussion

We are in discussion with Civet Projects Private Limited, an EPC firm with a reported order book of around ₹10,000 crore, for a design-partner deployment on live pre-construction site selection. One such account screens hundreds of sites a year, so a single contract validates both the product and the pricing model.

Potential partnership · not yet contracted

Why it matters

An EPC design partner gives us real site outcomes to calibrate against — the feedback loop that makes the score model harder to copy.

10EXPANSION

Two verticals today. The same score sells into eight more.

Real estate & land development
Renewable energy & utilities
Insurance & reinsurance
Banking, private equity & infrastructure finance
Logistics & warehousing
Telecom & digital infrastructure
Retail & franchise expansion
Government & urban planning
One engine, new outputs

Each vertical reuses the same data pipeline and score model — we only tune indicators and bands, so a new market is weeks of work, not a new company.

V2 is where this unlocks

V2 adds higher-resolution imagery and polygon-level assessment instead of single points. That is the release that makes these eight verticals sellable at enterprise scale.

11WHAT'S NEXT

Three targets for the next twelve months.

IN-SPACe registration

Register with IN-SPACe to pursue a formal working relationship with ISRO and to onboard technical advisors from within the Indian space ecosystem.

Patent the score model

The core scoring algorithm is being prepared for a patent application — protecting the one part of the stack that cannot be replicated from open data.

V2 and new verticals

Higher-resolution imagery, polygon-level assessment instead of point queries, and the next set of verticals mapped out on our roadmap page.

12THE ASK

Raising to scale a live API into a category standard.

Engineering

V2 resolution, polygon assessment and the infrastructure to serve enterprise call volumes reliably.

Design partners

Convert the Civet conversation and two more anchor accounts into paid, contracted deployments.

IP and compliance

Complete the patent process and the IN-SPACe registration that unlocks institutional partnerships.
